Tomato-Themed Wine Monday

On Monday, September 11th, toast the terrific tomato with a five-course meal showcasing the versatility of this delicious non-vegetable at L’Espalier. Part of the restaurant’s popular Wine Monday series—a monthly event where the chef gets a little funky and the sommeliers loosen their ties—the evening will featuring a menu from chef-owner Frank McClelland paired with Director of Service Frederico Salvador’s favorite Italian wines. Wine Monday menu items often offer a first glimpse of items that eventually find their way onto the menu, and they offer a great, informal opportunity for both novices and aspiring wine snobs to mingle and appreciate some great sips.
