Chef Daniele Baliani evokes the flavors of Venice for Tomasso Trattoria’s next wine dinner. On Thursday, April 28th, the chef will serve up a five-course menu inspired by the Italian region of Veneto. Dishes include yellowfin tuna carpaccio, roast squab, lamb chops and more, each paired with a complementary Italian wine.
