A White Wine Dinner

Lighten up your wine glass with summer whites when Tomasso Trattoria hosts a Vino Bianco wine dinner on Friday, June 10th. Chef Daniele Baliani has put together a five-course menu for pairing with the chosen white wines. The dishes include plenty of fresh seafood, like crispy diver scallops and yellowfin tuna, as well as some lighter-style land fare, like braised chicken and garden veggies.
