Chef Daniele Baliani is pulling the best of spring onto his Italian menu for Tomasso Trattoria’s next wine dinner on Thursday, April 27th. Ingredients like morels, spring peas and more pop-up on the five-course prix fixe, in plates like goat cheese bruschetta, potato gnocchi and roasted pork chop. The beverage team has partnered with Wine Empire (of Ashland, MA) and picked pours from across Italy to match each dish with a glass. Both food and wine (listed below) are available for $75 per person and reservations for the 7:00pm seating can be made by calling 508.481.8484.
