If you’re not already on the brunello bandwagon you will be after attending Tomasso’s Brunello Wine Dinner on Friday, October 20th. Chef Daniele Baliani prepares a five-course meal paired with the superb Tuscan wine. Rich dishes like octopus agrodolce, gnocchi with braised chicken and dried cherries, and a roast leg of lamb with with creamy garlic sauce and truffles will be perfectly complemented by full bodied glasses of vino.
