Get high—well, Highlands—at Café ArtScience’s upcoming whiskey class. Bar director and restaurant partner Todd Maul is unpacking the peaty region with an hour-long class dedicated to Highland Scotches on Saturday, April 8th. He’ll have history, tastings and tips for selecting and serving the style, and chef Brandon Baltzley will have themed bar snacks, like “haggis” chips and deep fried foie gras Mars Bars. Class is in session at 4:00pm and tickets can be had for $60 each online here.
