Sippin’ on Gin and (Clarified) Juice

Todd Maul is at it again—the Café ArtScience bar director and partner is rolling out his second monthly cocktail class on Saturday, February 11th, this one dedicated to all things gin. In the one-hour session (4:00-5:00pm), Maul will share the secrets (and the science) of the spirit from top to bottom, from spirit distillation to high-value, home bar bottles. The botanical beverage shows up on Maul’s extensive cocktail menu, paired with juice spun out in a future-esque centrifuge as in the Clarified Lime Gimlet. Chef Brandon Baltzley will provide bar snacks and Maul will teach guests how to recreate one of his favorite gin concoctions at home.
