On Sunday, September 8th, chef Ben Lacy is crossing the Charles River and Fort Point Channel to get to Drink for their next Tiki Sunday Takeover. He’s bringing everything he’s learned at ArtScience Culture Lab & Café (tons of inventiveness and plenty of experimentation) to create a whole host of snacks and small plates highlighting South American flavors (you can see the complete line-up below). As always, reservations are not required at Drink (in fact, they’re not even a thing most of the time) so just show up between 4:00 and 9:00pm.
