Chef Ken Oringer welcomes Tiger Beer for a special, five course, prix fixe dinner at Uni on Sunday, September 18th. The dinner, which costs $40 per person, includes courses like Kumamoto oysters with ponzu and red ginger; poke yellowfin tuna with sweet onions, sesame, seaweed and pickled bean sprouts; rock shrimp tempura with spicy red pepper aioli and Korean pepper threads; Kobe dumplings in miso soup with soy-mushroom dipping sauce; and yuzu Popsicles.
