Thursday nights might be the best night of the week to go out thanks to the epic new tasting menu at UNI. Chefs Ken Oringer and David Bazirgan’s Back Bay home for luxe sushi and sashimi has a 10-course tasting menu available every Thursday night that is the perfect excuse to get a little dressed up on a weeknight. Dinner is $225 per person, and you can expect to see a rotating array of seasonal, high-end ingredients that the UNI sushi chefs are known for (think: caviar, Wagyu, lobster and truffles) — plus you can add a $75 beverage pairing for the full experience.
