On Sunday, July 8th, The Thompson House in Jackson, New Hampshire, is hosting a Guest Chef event featuring three powerhouse Boston cookers for a five-course tasting menu with paired cocktails and wine. Chef Jeff Fournier has invited his friends Nicola Hobson (Island Creek Oyster Bar), Dante de Magistris (dante, the two il casale(s) and The Wellington), and Jamie Bissonnette (Toro, Coppa and Little Donkey) to come take advantage of his farm-fresh ingredients to help him and the Thompson House team kick off another great summer season.
