Finger-lickin’ good barbecue comes in many different forms — brisket, pork shoulder, ribs — but you’ll find the same thing behind each meaty creation: a passionate pitmaster. Meet two of ’em in person on Tuesday, September 25th at the Assembly Row outpost of The Smoke Shop. Bill Gillespie (World Champion Smokin’ Hoggz BBQ Pitmaster) and Chris Hart (World Champion IQUE BBQ Pitmaster) will join you for a family-style seated dinner and informal talk about their work. Along with the main meal, passed appetizers will be served plus dessert, and each ticket includes one featured cocktail. Snag your spot here for $49 per person, plus a small processing fee, and block off your calendar for 6:00 through 9:00pm.
