Pernod-Ricard Brand Ambassador Alex Thibault is an expert on the Irish spirit, and he’ll be there to guide you through four types of single pot still whiskey (give that term a Google if you want all the details). Tickets are $42.50 plus a processing fee, and include a welcome cocktail (and whiskey tastings, obvi) along with a family-style dinner of brisket, ribs, pulled pork, pork belly and hot links plus so many sides like mac and cheese, collards, pit beans, coleslaw and zucchini salad.
