A Father’s Day Pig Roast

Dad’s got enough ties, cologne, and gift cards; give him what he really wants: a day to kick back, relax, and feast on roasted meats (without having to lift a finger). On Sunday, June 19th, The Liberty Hotel will be hosting a Father’s Day Artisan Pig Roast so you and your dad can stuff your bellies with slow-roasted suckling pig, East Coast salmon, whole roasted chicken, and a slew of amazing sides from Executive Chef Daniel Kenney and his Clink team. Sip on craft cocktails, fine wines, and beer while being treated to live music from the Conscious Reggae Band.

Tickets are $75 for an Adult Cookout Meal, $85 for an Adult Cookout Meal + an adult beverage (cocktail, wine, or beer), and $25 for children aged 12 and under (children 5 and under are free). The courtyard cookout, which starts at 4:30pm, is rain or shine (if the weather turns, the fun moves into The Liberty Ballroom.
