Bourbon fans are in for a real treat in Dorchester on Wednesday, February 20th. Beginning at 6:30pm, The Industry is shaking off all of the sappiness from Valentine’s Day and hosting a meal centered around a strong, Southern sipper with their friends from Buffalo Trace Distillery. Executive Chef Peter Palumbo will present a four-course menu with beverage pairings from Head Bartender Donna Gillespie, incorporating the Kentucky spirit into both the cuisine and the cocktails.
