The Independent at the Dover-Sherborn

Chef Mark Usewicz takes a night off from of The Independent on Tuesday, March 4th and heads to Lindquist Common kitchen at the Dover-Sherborn High School to show off his flair for New American cuisine. Join him for a menu that boasts blood orange, fennel and arugula salad with pomegranate and parmigiano, grilled/sautéed shrimp with Tuscan white bean salad, potato gnocchi with wild mushrooms and butternut squash and tuna with pepperonata and black olive relish.
