The Harvest Review is back in action – chef Keith Pooler and company at Harvest welcome Tom Biggs of Vermont Quality Meats in North Clarendon, Vermont to the November installment of their the popular tasting series on Thursday, November 3rd. With the help of his three sous chefs, Pooler has put together a Game On menu with courses like rabbit and dumplings with wild mushrooms, gnocchi and fried herbs; roasted pheasant with lentils dupuis and mirepoix; Vermont squab with glazed butternut, pancetta, brussel sprouts; and candy cap napoleon with poached quince. The monthly tasting series, which celebrates local product, growers and purveyors, costs $39 per person including paired wines selected by wine director Jason Irving.
