The Foods of Northern Italy with Il Capriccio’s Jeannie Rogers & Rich Barron – Jeannie Rogers and chef Rich Barron, co-owners of Waltham’s acclaimed northern Italian restaurant Il Capriccio will be presenting some of their dishes representing the regions of northern Italy paired with wines from the same regions. Barron will demonstrate some of these dishes and Rogers, one of Boston’s leading wine experts will talk about the wines.
