Chef Andy Husbands joins the ranks of Boston chefs like Todd English, Gordon Hamersley and Jody Adams with the release of his first cookbook, The Fearless Chef, which he co-authored with Boston Globe writer Joe Yonan. The highly anticipated cookbook will feature some of Husbands’ signature dishes, including some of the secrets behind his award-winning barbecue with dishes that are quick and easy to prepare but complex in taste and texture. Husbands celebrates the release of the book with a release dinner, on Monday, September 13th at Tremont 647. The evening begins at 6:30pm with a cocktail reception featuring some of Husbands’ signature starters. Following the reception will be a four-course dinner showcasing a selection of big flavored dishes, all from his new cookbook. The dinner costs $45 per person (and includes a copy of The Fearless Chef). Call 617.266.4600 for reservations and more information.
