It’s hard to believe there hasn’t been a drag brunch yet at The Dial, but that all ends this weekend as Missy Steak, Larissa Montes and special guest Iris Laveau take the stage. Head to the restaurant located inside the 907 Main Hotel in Central Square on Sunday, July 17th for legs and eggs – and lots of bubbles – at Drag Me to Brunch. Chef Justin Urso and crew will be serving up The Dial’s offbeat brunch faves like Cilbir (Turkish Poached Eggs) with zucchini, shishitos, aleppo pepper, labneh and za’atar grilled pita and Brunch Carbonara with bucatini, guanciale, poached egg and black pepper, plus some seasonal specials to celebrate the ladies. Round out your meal with something sparkling like a Juice Box (ambrosia aperitivo, orange juice and prosecco) or an Elderflower Spritz (Hendricks gin, St. Germain, rose water, citrus, cucumber yuzu soda water), plus there will be lots of sassy sponsor cocktails from Bacardi and Tanteo tequila.
