On Monday, November 4th, Spoke Wine Bar is forsaking their usual schedule and opening up their kitchen to The Chop Bar. Kwasi Kwaa and company will be turning Spoke into a traditional West African street food stand, where you’ll be served five courses you won’t find anywhere else in Boston like Kelewele Suya (fried plantains, chili oil, peanut dukka) and Bayere Ne Chofi (crispy smelts on gari cake with piripiri sauce). Liz from the Spoke team has developed a series of orange wine pairings to compliment the menu. Dinner is $55 per person, and the optional wine pairings are $35. Seating is limited, so click here to snag your spot now!
