The festivities kick off at 6:00pm with Smoked Steelhead Trout Pâté and white sturgeon caviar with a glass of 2019 Domaine Oinea, Amyndeon Extra Brut Lune Noir from Macedonia, Greece, before moving on to courses of White Cannellini Bean Soup, Rosemary & Garlic-Rubbed Rack of Lamb, Seafood & Chicken Paella, and a beautiful Blood Orange Olive Oil Cake for dessert.
