A Poutine Menu

The Beehive brings a taste of Canada across the border with a brand-new late-night poutine menu. South End revelers can now wrap up their evenings with the savory comfort that is the French-Canadian dish, a blend of French fries and fresh cheese curds, covered in brown gravy. For the specialty menu, chef Gregory Torrech and team have amped up the decadence. There’s a classic Quebec poutine (with veal gravy), but there’s also additional options incorporating BBQ braised beef cheeks or ultra-luxurious lobster. The plates (below) are available Sunday through Wednesday evenings from 10:00-11:00pm and on the weekends for even longer, 11:00pm to 1:00am.
