Escape the drizzly fall weather and cozy up at the next installment of Terra at Eataly Boston’s popular wine dinner series with a culinary trip to the hills of Tuscany. On Thursday, November 5th, the multi-course menu designed by chef Dan Bazzinotti will highlight the rich flavors of Toscana with smoke-kissed plates like house-made sausage and Italian prosciutti. And of course, there will be wine. Each course will feature a vino from the region selected by the beverage experts to pair perfectly with the meal and take you on a wine tour of the rolling hills.
Tickets are $95 each (gratuity not included), and the event will adhere to all state and CDC-recommended safety measures for a comfortable and anxiety-free dining experience (all protocols outlined in their Restaurant Safety Manifesto here). The wine dinner menu will be available anytime between 4:00-8:30pm.
