Thursday, November 19th Terra at Eataly Boston is celebrating the “king of Italian wines” and the luxurious white truffle in a delicious wine dinner you won’t want to miss. From a beef brasato, braised in the traditional Piemontese-style with Barolo to aromatic white truffles shaved over savory dishes, the wine dinner will showcase the two superstars from the Piemonte region, which borders France and Switzerland. Take a trip through the rolling hills of Langhe by way of the multi-course menu from executive chef Dan Bazzinotti.
Tickets are $150 each (gratuity not included), and the event will adhere to all state and CDC-recommended safety measures for a comfortable and anxiety-free dining experience (all protocols outlined in their Restaurant Safety Manifesto here). The wine dinner menu will be available anytime between 6:00-9:00pm.
