On Thursday, January 18th, the floor is lava at Eataly’s Terra restaurant as they host a five-course dinner featuring the volcanic wines of Italy. Every soil tells a story through the wine that grows in it, and volcanic vineyards impart unique smokey, mineral, and ashy qualities to the grapes grown on their slopes. Chef Dan Bazzinotti will prepare five robust dishes to accompany your five wines, and the dinner will feature guest speakers to guide you through the tasting.
