Every summer series should go out with a bang, and Terra is certainly wrapping up their Tiki all’Italiana Tuesdays on a high note. All summer long, they’ve had guest bartenders crafting sips to the tune of Tiki, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise that they’re pulling out all the stops and inviting two of the top hospitality pros in town from Bar Mezzana — Beverage Director Ryan Lotz and chef-owner Colin Lynch — for the grand finale on Tuesday, August 28th. You can catch Lotz behind the bar serving up lotz and lotz of cocktails (with an Italian twist!) while Lynch and Terra’s Chef de Cuisine Dan Bazzinotti whip up seasonal bites for the one-night-only collaborative menu. During the send-off, you’ll also get a sneak peek of Shore Leave, Bar Mezzana’s Tiki spot set to open in the South End this fall.
