Anthem, one of the city’s newest hotspots, plays host to its second Tequila Dinner on Wednesday, November 17th. The evening gets underway with an Hora Feliz (that’s happy hour, en ingles) featuring mariachi music, killer tequila cocktails and assorted hors d’oeuvres from chef Robert Fathman. The Hora Feliz will be followed by a four-course dinner, each course paired with a different Milagro tequila. Guests can savor Fathman’s Latin-inspired creations including tuna and avocado tartare, blistered red chili vinaigrette; chilled green soup with grilled barbequed shrimp; and smoked and roasted duck breast mashed sweet potatoes, maple-pecan crunch, and apricot and red chili mole.
