Boston’s food & drink scene is one of those tight-knit communities that helps each other out, and ArtScience Culture Lab & Café is calling on your support for their Bar Director, Tenzin Samdo. Samdo was diagnosed with advanced stage liver cancer and sadly passed away on Sunday, January 27th. Tons of folks from across the industry are getting together on Wednesday, January 30th to celebrate the life and career of their dear friend. From 8:00 to 11:00pm, join chefs Benjamin Lacy, Jody Adams, Ryan Boya, Kate Holowchik, Tony Susi, Louis DiBiccari and Corey Seeker for passed apps plus sips from guest bartenders like Jared Sadoian (of The Hawthorne), who’ll be serving drinks from Samdo’s newest cocktail menu.
Tickets are $20 and available both online and at the door. Throughout the night, use the hashtag #teamtenzin on social media to share your favorite memories of Samdo — every post with the hashtag means $1 will be donated to Tenzin’s fund from special sponsors.
