Tenuta dell’Ornellaia Wine Dinner at blu

Chef Dante deMagistris welcomes Ornellaia winemaker Thomas Duroux to blu for a memorable evening of rare wines and extraordinary food. Taste five world-renowned wines (including Le Volte, Le Serre Nuove dell’Ornellaia, Ornellaia, and Masseto) from this small patch of vineyard on Tuscany’s northern coast paired with six carefully-designed courses. On Tuesday, October 28th at 6:30pm, join deMagistris and company for hors d’oeuvres like wild mushroom tortellini with Chinese chive pesto or calamari stuffed with soft herbs, pignoli and golden raisins and courses like Colorado rack of lamb and braised leg with El Rey chocolate, yam croquette and sautéed rainbow greens.
