The season will soon be changing, and Tavolo is ready to celebrate. On Tuesday, June 20th, from 6:00-9:00pm, they’ll be skipping regular dinner service for an Italian-style solstice party. Chef Alex Horowitz will be prepping all sorts of summery eats to accompany plenty of rosé (or rosato as they say in Italy). They’ve also invited friends: folks from Jack’s Abby, Privateer Rum, Ruby Wine and Giovanna Gelato will all be on-site with information and, most importantly, samples. The event is open to the public and free, as are the nibbles and the frozen and/or boozy samples, though it’s a cash bar if you’d prefer a full pour.
