The Food Network’s Chopped is some seriously binge-worthy TV, and on Tuesday, September 11th, you should seriously tune in to see Boston’s own Tatiana Rosana slicing and dicing on the small screen. The episode, which airs at 9:00pm, is titled “Under the Cuban Sun,” and features all Cuban chefs using all Cuban ingredients to compete for the title of Chopped champ. Rosana, chef at Outlook at the Envoy Hotel, will have to butcher whole fish, find a good use for sauce-in-a-jar, and utilize a cocktail in the dessert round (if she makes it!). Make sure the popcorn is ready, it’s gonna be a delicious battle.
