Did you catch Outlook at the Envoy Hotel’s chef Tatiana Rosana on Chopped back in September? She won her battle, which featured all Cuban chefs using all Cuban ingredients, and now she’s returning to Food Network to face off against other champions in a top talent throwdown. Four previous winners will find themselves back in the Chopped kitchen to compete for $50,000. In round one, a surprise from the sea will make an appearance in the chefs’ baskets followed by a secret sauce and vanilla treat in round two.
