On Friday, February 9th, head to The Butcher Shop as Chef Barbara Lynch welcomes friend and award-winning food writer and photographer Carla Capalbo for the launch of her newest book, Tasting Georgia. Gather ‘round the butcher block from 4:00 to 6:00pm for a very happy hour full of snacks straight from the book’s pages, wine from the bar, and a chance to mingle with the author. There will be copies of the book for sale, so you can get yours signed before taking it home and exploring the secrets of Georgian cooking in your own kitchen.
