After a bit of a hiatus, the Taste of Somerville makes its triumphant return on Tuesday, June 9th. Grab a pair of tickets and get over to the Somerville Holiday Inn around 5:30pm to gorge on all sorts of savory and sweet offerings from restaurants like The Burren, Diva, Eat at Jumbo’s, Gargoyles on the Square, Highland Kitchen, JP Licks, Kickass Cup Cakes, The Neighborhood, Olde Magoun Saloon and Redbones. In addition to all those edible goodies there’ll be live music from great local bands, plenty of entertaining activities for the little ones and great raffles and giveaways. Proceeds from each $25 ticket ($35 for VIP tickets) will benefit Door2Door a transportation service for seniors and persons with disabilities.
