A Taste of Piedmont in Newton

Lovers of classic Barolo and Barbera wines will find a little piece of heaven on Monday, March 24th, when The Biltmore hosts Fontanafredda Estate and Winery. Culinary director David Nevins and executive chef Frank Toohey have collaborated on a five-course menu for the event that pairs expertly with a variety of Fontanafredda wines, including their famous 2008 Barolo Serralunga which they’re pairing with a whole roasted wild goat (a true Italian delicacy). The dinner is $70 per person and begins at 6:00pm. To reserve a seat, call 617.527.2550.
