Taste of the South End 2008

Sample your way through some of the city’s top restaurants at the Taste of the South End on Tuesday, March 11th. Nearly 50 neighborhood favorites will all be under one roof – the roof of the Boston Center for the Arts – serving up bite sized versions of their signature dishes. Your $95 ticket will get you treats from restaurants like 33 Restaurant, Avila, Beehive, Finale, Franklin Café, Hamersley’s Bistro, Icarus, Masa, Rocca, Sibling Rivalry, STIX, Tremont 647, Toro and Union Bar and Grille, among plenty of others. Taste of the South End starts at 6:30pm, unless you’ve purchased a VIP ticket, which for the sum of $250 gets you in the door at 6:00pm to mingle with participating chefs, access to the Boston Magazine VIP lounge with its Bombay Sapphire martini bar and exclusive silent auction. Proceeds from the event benefit the AIDS Action Committee, a community-based non-profit that endeavors to prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS through education and advocacy. Purchase your tickets online or call the AIDS Action Committee at 617.437.6200 for more information.
