Taste of the Fenway

Taste of the Fenway

With all the new restaurants popping up in the Fenway, eating your way through the neighborhood could take months. But if that (worthy) goal is on your mind, the neighborhood is gathering all the deliciousness in one spot for the Taste of the Fenway on Thursday, September 20th. From 5:00 to 7:00pm, Van Ness Street will transform into a gastronomic promenade featuring dozens of your favorite Fenway restaurants. Come enjoy the fall weather with food and drink tastings, live music, artwork, and demonstrations from local celeb chefs like Tiffani Faison (Sweet Cheeks, and Tiger Mama), Jody Adams (Saloniki Greek, Porto and Trade), and Tim Cushman (Hojoko and O Ya). The event is put on in part by the Fenway Community Development Corporation, which turns 45 this year, so tickets are just $45 and include all the food, beer, wine, cider, and fun you can handle (you’ll need to be 21 to get a wristband for the drinking part). Click this way for your ticket and a full list of participating restaurants, including faves like Tapestry and Eventide, as well as newcomers like Nathalie and Fool’s Errand.
