Israel is an international mixing bowl where a number of different cuisines collide, making Israeli food both diverse and delicious. Come see what all the fuss is about at the Jewish Arts Collaborative’s second annual Taste of Israel Restaurant Week from Tuesday, January 28th through Tuesday, February 4th. Restaurants across the city are participating with Israeli-inspired menu items available as well as special events like the “Vibe of the Tribe” podcast taping (and tasting) at Mamaleh’s, a special one-night-only Israeli menu from Chef Tony Maws at Craigie on Main, a cooking demo with Chef Michael Leviton at Time Out Market, and more.
