The James Beard Foundation’s ten-city Taste America tour lands in Boston on Friday, October 9th for an evening of eats with legends from the local dining scene. A Night of Culinary Stars starts out with a 6:00pm cocktail and tasting reception at The Langham, featuring bites from honored chefs Tim Cushman, Ana Sortun, Tony Maws, Cassie Piuma and Justin Shoults. Party guests can mingle from 6:00-7:30pm before the sit-down, four-course collaborative feast from Local Star Matt Jennings, host chef Mark Sapienza and Taste American All-Star Traci Des Jardins of Jardinière in San Francisco. Tickets are available for the cocktail and tasting reception for $125 each, or to the reception and dinner for $250 each. Diners looking for an even more chefly experience can purchase premier dining tickets for $350 each to be seated with a guest chef.
