Chef/owner Anthony Susi will be preparing a special menu for diners at Sage in a Taste Boston event coming up on Tuesday, August 26th. Chef Susi, a native Bostonian, made a name for himself in Boston at restaurants like Davide and Mamma Maria before opening Sage. He’ll be showcasing his signature hybrid of regional Italian and New American cuisine in a four course, paired with wines that highlight the distinctive flavors of each dish.
