Tapas Tutorial at Coriander Bistro

Up to your ears in Thanksgiving preparations and planning? Take a little breather at Coriander Bistro where chef-owner Kevin Crawley makes room behind the stove for Francisco Millan at Not Your Papa’s Tapas, the next installment in his fall Food & Wine Tutorial series. Scheduled for Monday, November 24th the small plates extravaganza is full of Latin fare from Millan’s extensive repertoire as well as morsels from Crawley’s more French-focused rotation. Among the evening’s recipes: scallop escabeche on crispy tortillas; pork and apple empanadas; butternut squash cakes with duck confit and cranberry relish; and tiny mushroom crepes with crème fraiche.
