The St. Paddy’s Day vibes are coming in hot at Clink. on Thursday, March 16th with a special Irish-themed four-course dinner paired with Irish beers and liquors. Get psyched for the big parade in Southie over the weekend by picking up a ticket here for dinner at the Liberty Hotel in Beacon Hill for $120 per person. Chef Daniel Kenney has a fun, modern menu planned, which starts with a reception at 6:30pm with smoked and cured wild Galway Bay salmon with whipped farmer’s cheese/Dublin Piccalilli paired with a Clonakilty ‘Minke’ Irish Gin and Tonic, before sitting down for courses of salt moss-cured Kerry beef, Guinness-braised Kerry lamb shank, and a top-notch collection of Irish cheeses to finish.
