Table for Ten for Neurofibromatosis

For the fourth year in a row, Neurofibromatosis, Inc., New England will be teaming up with a Boston’s top restaurants to host their Table for Ten fund raising event to benefit NF research. On Tuesday, April 8, participating chefs will donate and prepare a special three-course dinner for a table of ten at their restaurant, wine included. The guests include both individual and corporate supporters of NF, Inc., who reserve space at a minimum of $1,000 per table (or $100 per person). Some of the restaurants and chefs on the bill this year are Chris Douglass at Icarus, Paul Diogenes at The Bay Tower, Dean Moore at Top of the Hub, Eric Swatrz at Davio’s, Antoine Camin at Brasserie Jo, Anthony Ambrose at Ambrosia on Huntington, Azita Bina-Seibel at Lala Rokh and Brad Ozerdem at Zephyr on the Charles. Following dinner, all sponsors, guests, chefs, and restaurant owners are invited to The Rack in Faneuil Hall to sample desserts, play billiards, and participate in an auction. As in past years, all proceeds from the Table for Ten event will benefit research to find a cure for neurofibromatosis as well as support other programs that benefit those individuals who are affected by NF, a neurological genetic disorder that causes uncontrolled tumor growth along the nerves anywhere in or on the body at any time. Currently, there is no cure or effective treatment for this debilitating disease. For more information on the “Table for Ten” event, neurofibromatosis or other NF, Inc. activities, contact NF Inc., New England at (781) 272-9936.
