James Beard Award winning chef Jody Adams is in charge of the menu, featuring the bright, complex flavors of the Mediterranean, and she’s teamed up with winery Partner and General Manager Jason Haas to create seven perfect pairings with Tablas Creek’s unique, Rhone-style wines.
