Online Bartending Sesh with the Sycamore Peeps


On Wednesday, March 10th, you can get behind the bar (from afar) and hang with fellow Sycamore regulars at a virtual bartending class. Join bar manager Scott Shoer and chef-owner/barback Dave Punch as they share their recipes for two classics: the Negroni and Tommy’s Margarita. Just take a peek at the list of ingredients to see what you should have on hand if you’d like to create while you watch, or if you’d rather just sit back and sip, you can order the aforementioned bevvies in advance (available online here) for pre-order and pick-up on Tuesday, March 9th or on the day itself. If you do pop in to get your pre-made drinks, make sure to mention the Zoom class to the team and they’ll throw in a signature bar snack on-the-house.

Classic Negroni
1oz gin
1oz sweet vermouth
1oz campari
orange for garnish

Tommy’s Margarita
2oz blanco tequila
1oz fresh lime juice
3/4oz agave syrup (1:1 agave nectar & hot water, dissolved and cooled)
lime for garnish
