Oregon wines are all the rage these days, so come find out what all the hoopla is about on Monday, May 13th. Chefs David Punch and Lydia Reichert are creating a bunch of a la carte small plates at Sycamore to pair with pours from Portland-based Division Winemaking Company. The owner herself, Kate Norris, will be on-site to share her learnings about viticulture from her time in France’s Beaujolais, Burgundy and Loire regions. Sips by the half and full glass will be available — menu details are still being tweaked and finalized, but they’re coming soon.
