Treat your sweet tooth to a night out at the Omni Boston Hotel Seaport‘s Burgundy & Bonbons, an evening full of handmade Valrhona chocolates and French wines, scheduled for Thursday, August 25th. Head Pastry chef Mai Nguyen of Cocorico, the hotel’s on-site French-style boulangerie and coffee bar, and Executive Pastry Chef Guillaume Roesz of Valrhona, have put their heads together to create some fabulous confections and picked some fabulous wines with which to pair them. The team at Coquette will add some savory Spanish-French-inspired nibbles to the festivities, which run from 6:30 to 8:00pm.
