On Tuesday, October 5th, the dynamic wine-loving team at Forage will be sipping their way through four wines from the South West region of France for their special Tuesday night wine dinner. The fifth largest wine region covers the area between Languedoc, Bordeaux, Spain and the Atlantic, and may be a bit of an unsung hero. To celebrate these lesser known grape varieties (which you’re totally going to love), chef Eric Cooper and wine guru Stan Hilbert have crafted a delicious meal for two for $90 per person for on-site diners, or $140 per to-go meal for two (price does not include tax and tip).
