Sustainable Seafood Dinner at EVOO

EVOO toasts to 20 years in the business of feeding people with a night dedicated to building a sustainable food system. On Friday, June 1st, they’re hosting “Eat. Drink. Think.,” a dining and drinking experience that encourages participants to dive deep into issues regarding what and how we eat. The evening focuses on sustainable seafood, and you’ll be joined by experts like Joel Southal from the New England Aquarium, Michael Leviton of the Monterey Bay Aquarium, and Sean Dimin of Sea to Table, a purveyor that sells directly to consumers. While you’re learning about what makes the whole fish food systems run smoothly and how you can help, you’ll be treated to a sustainably-sourced seafood menu from chef-owner Peter McCarthy and Co.
